Sometimes in life there are people that are so special that we never forget them. When I was in high school I had a wonderful science teacher, his name was Bruce Gowers. He was by far my favorite teacher, because the way he taught was so different than any other teachers. I always thought that I was very stupid in school, because it was so hard for me to learn things, but the way that Mr. Gowers taught made it easy for me to understand. The best part about Mr. Gowers was that he would even stay after school to help you work on projects. By the end of the year I got an A in his class. Since then a lot of things have happened and a lot of time has passed. Last week I read the obituaries in the paper and I saw that Mr. Gowers had died, I was so sad because I remember what a great man he was. I will never forgive the wonderful things that Mr. Gowers did for me, and he is one of those special people in life that I will always remember.
